RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASED GOODS
The customer has the right, without owing compensation and without stating a reason, to withdraw from a distance contract within a period of 14 days, starting from the date of receiving the goods. After exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to return the received goods in their entirety, in the same condition as they were delivered, with undamaged packaging, suitable for subsequent sale to other customers, along with all accompanying documentation. Provided that these requirements are met, ‘KENSOL Trading’ Ltd. is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer.
The refund of the amount upon the return of the goods is made to the bank account specified by the customer in the Goods Return Document placed in the shipment, within a period of up to 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned shipment. The transportation costs for returning the delivered goods to the company are at the expense of the customer.
7. COMPLAINTS
7.1. When a discrepancy between the delivered goods and the placed order is established, the customer has the right to raise it within the timeframes provided for in the Consumer Protection Act, Section III. Complaints
7.2. The complaint is submitted to the company. For it to be acknowledged, the customer should, whenever possible, provide the product in undamaged packaging, along with the documents accompanying it upon delivery – cash receipt, invoice, and other documents establishing the discrepancy of the product.
7.3. In case the claim is justified, the customer can choose the method of resolving the complaint – by replacing the product with a new one that corresponds to the concluded sales contract or by repair if replacement is not possible.
7.4. The customer does not have the right to claim a refund of the amount paid by them or a reduction in price if ‘KENSOL Trading’ Ltd. agrees to address the complaint through either of the two methods mentioned above.
7.5. Refunding of paid amounts is only carried out in the event that addressing the complaint is impossible through any of the methods listed in section 7.3 from the contract
